We were frustrated. We knew the body wasn't broken — it was just under-supported. So we stopped waiting for the medical system to give us answers and started finding them ourselves.
We researched. We read. We spoke to naturopaths, nutritionists, and women who'd been on their own healing journeys. And slowly, we started building our own supplement blends using organic, evidence-backed ingredients that actually made a difference.
